Everyday Will Be Different but Your Primary Duties Include:
Review of all monthly financial statement packages prior to owner distribution.
Effectively communicate with the owners on the financial condition of their assets.
Meet with clients, assist in revenue and expense planning as well as owner distributions.
Analyze, evaluate, and generate special reports as required by management and owners.
Prepare wire transfers as required and funding requests as required.
Oversee the onboarding of new properties and clients.
Oversee the annual budget process.
Oversees bank account reconciliations.
Conducting annual internal property audits.
Preparation of the monthly financial statement packages for clients including initiating monthly property closings and financial reporting, prepare and analyze property level balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements, property budgets and forecasts, reconciliations of accounts, create and book property accruals and journal entries
Review of AP and AR including billing adjustments, security deposit refunds, etc.
Processes new business accounts and sets up accounts as needed.
Manage and review the cash of each project; ensure critical timely payment of utilities, taxes, mortgages and owner distributions.
Distribution of funds, timely debt payments, and initiation of capital calls.
Reconciling escrow accounts and monthly bank statements
Supports Property Management teams with the completion of annual budgets
Review and input property budgets, as needed.
Accurately and timely assemble and distribute owner’s report packages to appropriate parties.
Interact frequently via verbal and written communication with the property management team and the Onsite Manager(s)
Maintains good public relations and interacts with clients, customers, and colleagues in a respectful and professional manner.
