Job Description : Job SummaryAs a Software QA engineer, your responsibilities include but not limited to testing the SW applications (mobile and/or web) to ensure the release of fully validated application(s). You are expected to work with the QA team and SW design and development team to generate test plans and execute them.Responsibilities- Mobile and/or Web app testing: Responsible for testing towards achieving stability and better performance of application(s).- Responsible for generating test plans based on architecture, use cases and requirements; working in co-ordination with product, project and QA teams.- Test the application(s) after each release and raise appropriate defects and track them.- Be detail oriented, proactive and passionate about the job.Experience Guidelines: – 3+ years of industry experience- Experience with testing mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms highly mandatory, web apps testing added advantage- Decent understanding of voice-based app testing highly desired if not working experience- Experience using test management tools, defect tracking tools, documentation/ test report generation.- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing- Proficient in using MS Excel or similar products for data analysis- Knowledge of automated testing tools highly desirable- Knowledge of various stages of testing a product is a must- Knowledge of Android OS, basic Linux/Unix skills, knowledge of operating systems are required- Must be a team player and good communicator- Must be proactive and manage time efficientlyEducation:Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Computer, Electronics or related field.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹2,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insuranceLeave encashmentLife insurancePaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundWork from homeSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:mobile application testing: 3 years (Preferred)
