Job Description : We are a owner operated company specializing in real estate rentals, land development and self-storage facilities. This position would support the various companies with accounting and QuickBooks support.This position is responsible for the following tasks:All accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable and collection notices, payroll, reconciling and closing the books and producing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports as applicable, as well as updating financial statements.This position reports directly to the President. The employee interacts with internal and external customers to ensure accurate, timely billing and collections occur. There are a lot of moving parts so the ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and time management skills, as well as be a team player, yet independent worker. Associates degree with 4+ years bookkeeping experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.This office maintains flexible work hours in a very relaxed casual atmosphere, as well as some work from home days.
