Job Description : Senior Staff AccountantFenchem Inc. is looking to hire a Senior Staff Accountant to join our team! We are experiencing explosive growth and we don’t see it stop.Job Description: As a Senior Staff Accountant at Fenchem USA, you will be responsible for:· Ensuring the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.· Performing cash flow analysis, inventory turnover analysis for internal use· Recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options· Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports· Substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents· Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures· Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information· Securing financial information by completing database backups· Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling transactions· Managing and processing employee payroll.· Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status· Providing technical support and advice on management· Reviewing and recommending modifications to accounting systems and procedures· Participating in financial standards setting and in forecast process· Providing input into department’s goal setting processRequirements: 2+ years of relevant experience in Finance (B2B/wholesale)Bilingual in Mandarin and EnglishBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or FinanceExcellent communication and leadership skillsWillingness to learn, be flexible, and possess the ability to work effectively under deadlines in a dynamic and fast-growing multicultural environmentCPA preferredAbout Fenchem: Fenchem was founded in 1995 in Nanjing, China.
