Job Description : Our client, a small accounting firm in Danville, CA that is growing 6+ years of is looking to hire up to 3 Senior Tax Accounts. These are direct hire roles. The positions will manage tax engagements for individuals and small to mid-size privately held business clients in diverse industries. In the role, you will manage preparation and review of individual and entity income tax returns broadly ranging in complexity. You will have an opportunity to do tax research and planning, working directly with the principals of the firm.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
CPA license or EA designation are plus
6+ years of recent public accounting tax experience progressing in scope and responsibility
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, client service, leadership and technical skills including MS Office & tax software proficiency (CCH Axcess Suite, Lacerte, QuickBooks proficiency are a plus)
Ability to effectively juggle priorities, work independently as well as in a team environment and interact professionally with clients and staff at all levels
