Job Description : Job descriptionTo Lead and Manage multiple operations of the tax practice area and to deliver tax services, that will increase firm’s reputation.Must have at least 4 Years related ExperienceRequired to uphold the vision, mission, operating values and strategic road map of the firm.Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging work environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines. Ensure the work environments are adequate, safe and people are led with integrity so as to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and/or expertise.Work with administrative team and oversee all information data request received and properly safe guarded.Ensure compliance with state, federal and international tax law through a series of systems that are designed to ensure accurate, timely reporting.Monitor current and impending changes to tax regulation and make appropriate updates to policies and strategies. Communicate the effects of these developments to the tax team, clients and other members of management.Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day tax systems and processes. Provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for key activities in support of the strategic road map. This includes teaching your team and leading the coordination and integration of efforts among accounting, tax, administrative support and customer service to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.Provide innovative tax planning, prepare and review complex income tax returns for both individual and business clients.Work with accounting team & maintain tax balances on General LedgersAssist with accounting and other special projects (some non-tax related), when necessary.Assist with managing and coordinating tax auditsAttend Mandatory Team MeetingsDesign and execute a performance management process for all tax staff individually and collectively in alignment with company values and the strategic road map.Handle quarterly reviews, discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy and with dignity and respect.Mandatory TimeClient promises and conflicts must be communicated (or documented) via email.
