Job Description : Your field of responsibility
Your responsibilities include:
Managing small to big size team, reporting, trusted leadership
This is a DevOps role where operational activities would be 70% and development 30%
End-end service ownership approach
Delivering daily operations including the resolution of incidents, executing changes & analysis of problem tickets
Identifying solutions for incidents via open-source community, liaising with vendor, and collaborating with engineers
Driving continuous service improvement initiatives including process optimization, automation via scripts, and other innovations
Maintaining transparency with partner teams and customers; Collaborating with them to address key challenges
Participate in life cycle management projects, major incident management calls, problem management discussions, maintenance & DR exercises and other forums.
Advance support activities such as environment mgmt, release/deployment, CPR, debugging, Business rule, ACL mgmt etc., this function owns production and PTA environment end-end.
Be able to lead a small team, managing their career and technical development, and building a good team/work ethic and high morale to improve the effectiveness of the team
Proven track record in influencing and driving technology changes within team and to larger organisations
Open for flexible working hours including working in shifts

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
ServiceNow Certifications
You hold a Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related subject; alternatively an equivalent education
Overall 8+ years of experience & 3+ years of hands-on experience of ServiceNow in support or engineering activities
Experience in participating in critical outages or Major Incident Management issues
You possess analytical & logical thinking skills, experience in one of the scripting languages
Possess effective communication skills
ServiceNow Administration certification or more
ServiceNow systems integration skills
Complex problem solving skills and experience in technical analysis
Ability to convey complex technical information both to staff, managers as well as non-technical customers
