Job Description : We are looking for a Senior/Experienced ServiceNow HRSD Expert to enhance, support, and maintain the ‘Service Now’ Platform with HR Application scope.
We are using a new tool for HR Service Delivery and Onboarding i.e. ‘Now P&C’ which is based on ‘Service Now’ Platform technology. It includes HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and HR Life Cycles POT project which will deliver initial dev activities for this tool. We have a transformation partner to support that dev work. Our team will participate in transformation partner for rollout activities, in addition, will also manage enhancements, maintenance, and support activities
The scope of the consultant services is to assist in
ServiceNow HRSD development activities
Support in resolving Production incidents for ServiceNow HRSD
Work on platform activities like deployment, release management, upgrades and cloning
Assist in test-related activities including automation test
Contribute to modernizing the product through innovation and automation
Plan, Track, Document the work using primarily Jira/Confluence
Desired knowledge/Skills
3+ years of experience as ServiceNow HRSD Developer
5+ years of hands-on technical development experience on ServiceNow Platform
ServiceNow Certifications required: Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist -HRSD
ServiceNow Knowledge: ServiceNow platform architecture and related products. HR scoped applications especially HR Service Portal, Knowledge base, HR Case management, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile App, Integration Hub, Access Management, data model, Test Automation framework, Reporting
Additional Skills: Rest API development , Cloud development (GCP preferred), Java Script
What 3 things from above are most important?
Good Knowledge of Service Now HRSD as Developer
Good understanding of ServiceNow Platform in terms of development & deployment activities
Good communication skills and problem solving mindset
Work in CET 8-5 time zone (flexibility occasionally).
Team members are working from multiple locations in Sweden, Denmark, UK.
