About The Role
We are looking for a Sr Manager Growth Operations to provide support, nurture relationships and expand business. The Growth team at GoodWorker owns user and revenue growth metrics across all business lines – candidates and employers.
This requires managing multiple short- and long-term levers, such as marketing, sales, search engine or app store optimization, product changes and partnerships and tactically thinking through resource and capital allocation, cost-upside trade-offs and realization timelines across multiple initiatives. We are adding new members to the team to help build next phase of rapid business growth & product development.
Responsibilities
Ensuring the success of managed accounts in terms of support, relationship and fulfillment
Verification and Onboarding of Accounts
Planning and strategizing to meet the growth targets
Building relationships with Key Decision makers in the organisation
Monetising accounts
Reporting Metrics and Dashboard
Work with our marketing and partnership teams to be an active driver of lead generation campaigns
Be a representative of the GoodWorker brand and effectively pitch our value proposition to suitable and interested prospects
Work on weekly targets and ensure adherence to short- and long-term goals of the growth and business organization
Work in close partnership with the product management team to influence the product enhancements and features needed to better enable users of the platform to drive growth.
Requirements
Overall 7+ years of work experience with 2+ years in client-facing roles
Capability of exercising strong influence on decision making with an effective grasp of key stakeholder management
Be an effective cross-functional communicator with an understanding of technology
Strong preference for entrepreneurial experience and a background in HR Tech

Ability to Plan and strategize to meet the targets
