Job Description : Role and ResponsibilitiesCreate a plan for Instagram content strategies and develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basisBrainstorming and coming up with engaging content ideasCreate engaging campaigns, captions, post, stories, reels, and other Instagram contentPostings & monitoring content to ensure the brand message is constant from the terminology usedInteract with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company’s social pagesAssist in implementing plans to increase followers on InstagramCoordinating and instructing the photographers, videographers, and trip leaders to create relevant content on the tripsQualifications / Skills:Passion for social media and proficiency with Instagram and social media management toolsProficiency with video and photo editing apps like Inshot, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media spaceStrong copywriting and copy-editing skillsTop-notch oral and verbal communication skillsImpeccable time management skills with the ability to multitaskDetail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlinesEducation and Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field1-3 years experience with B2C social media marketing or content developmentDirect experience using social media management toolsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftApplication Question(s):What do you think of our (@hikerwolf) current efforts on Instagram?
