Job Description : Job SummaryAs a Social Media Executive, you will be reaching out to new business opportunities via various social media channels, working to explore and uncover their needs in order to better understand how Franchise Alpha can grow their business. The work is challenging, fast-paced, and always on the bleeding edge. You are extremely determined, have strong interpersonal skills, an unwavering commitment to quality and a collaborative work ethic. You don’t need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don’t). What we’re after is someone with a curious mind and a passion for improvement.Responsibilities and DutiesQualify new inbound and outbound business opportunities, and distribute qualified leads to the appropriate Business Consultants.Engage with customers on social media, especially Facebook, to handle incoming inquiries and create leads for the Sales TeamManage a high volume of leads in the CRM tool accurately and efficiently, ensuring the right level of follow-up.Research target customers online as pre-qualified sales opportunities.Provide strong communication and coordination within and among the sales teams.Understand our strategic direction and initiatives and assist with team alignment and support.Develop, implement and manage our social media strategyDefine most important social media KPIsManage and oversee social media contentMeasure the success of every social media campaignStay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologiesUse social media marketing toolsCollaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teamsMonitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimizationCommunicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong networkHire and train others in the teamProvide constructive feedback*Assessment Test compulsory for shortlisting candidatesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Social Media: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Digital marketing (Preferred)
