Job Description : The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.Responsibilities:Design & implement strategy for in-house and clients’ Social Media handles to align with business goalsOn-time, high-quality content for regularly scheduled posts, stories, reels, etc.Creating and maintaining a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule.Implement organic strategies to boost Organization’s follower base & engagement on Social Media.Staying updated with new features, current technologies, trends, tools, etc.Analysis, monitoring, and developing of reports.Aware of the organic follower growth strategy and algorithm of the different social media platforms.Skills:Social media skillsCreating and maintaining client relationshipsCoaching and subordinate involvementManaging ProcessesSelf-motivated yet customer-focusedProficient in marketing research and statistical analysis * Familiar with financial planning and strategyQualifications:Experience 1 – 2 YearsProficiency in many social media platformsHandled social media profiles of accounts with 10k followers (Preferred)Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Agency Experience (Mandatory)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Ambattur, Chennai – 600053, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Social Media Occupations: 2 years (Preferred)total work: 2 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 16/03/2022
