Works with social media team members to create innovative social media campaigns.Social Media Marketing Job Duties:Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies (for various clients), including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedulesEnsures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand managementUtilize the knowledge and experience of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and Instagram for complete social media managementManage the said social media advertisementsProvides training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategiesCollects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaignsReports progress to senior marketing managementGrows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and InstagramResearches and monitors the activity of company competitorsCreates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web pages, blog content, or social media messages.Social Media Marketing Skills and Qualifications:Degree in Communications or Marketing2-3 Years of Experience in Social Media Management Marketing, Content Creation, Copywriting, Strategy, Data Collection, and Analysis, Technology Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.Attention to Detail, Self-Motivated, Creative Problem-Solving Skills, Experience with Major Social Media PlatformsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,927.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusExperience:Social media marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
