Job Description : Responsibilities: – * Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences * Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals * Set specific objectives and report on ROI; Weekly tracker update * Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily on all our channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, etc. * Collaborate with other departments like product, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency * Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews * Manage brand hygiene on all social channels * Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions * Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications Requirements: – * 4+ years of experience managing Social media * Hands on experience in content management/ has excellent copywriting skills * Ability to visualize creative content (text, image and video) * Knowledge of online marketing channels * Excellent communication, Analytical and multitasking skillsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Delhi, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Social media marketing: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)
