Job Description : JOD DESCRIPTIONProvide relevant support on Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp via the omnichannel medium.The Social Media Support Engineer will act as the primary HP Contact for the customer, He / She will develop to some extent the role of an “ambassador”, remaining focused and positive when engaging with HP Customers. Able to articulate benefits of HP Products and Services available. Respond and resolve easy to complex technical issues.Takes Ownership of Customer’s problems and Issues.Ability to communicate using the HP Social Voice standards.SKILLS REQUIREDAssociate or bachelor’s degree preferred.1-2 years’ Social Media Support.Excellent communication in English is Highly preferred.Technically proficient in one or more of the following consumer product areas – Printers, PCs, Tablets, Cloud/HP Connected and Hardware knowledge as well.Proficiency in written and communication skills, Clear and concise writing.
