Job Description : DeliverIt Pharmacy was established to ensure customers and patients that combining warm personal care with innovative pharmacy technology is possible, affordable, and convenient.To help us continue to make that vision a reality, we are looking for an experienced Specialty Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes. Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.How else will you make an impact?Manage all accounting transactionsPrepare budget forecastsPublish financial statements in timeHandle monthly, quarterly and annual closingsReconcile accounts payable and receivableEnsure timely bank paymentsCompute taxes and prepare tax returnsManage balance sheets and profit/loss statementsReport on the company’s financial health and liquidityAudit financial transactions and documentsReinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessaryComply with financial policies and regulationsWhat you need to make an impact: Work experience as an AccountantExcellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooksAdvanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tablesExperience with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsBSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degreeAdditional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plusBesides English, proficiency in any of the following languages is encouraged, though not required: SpanishArabicFrenchVietnameseHindiGujaratiUrduJob Type: Full-timePay: From $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Masks & social distancing required.
