Job Position: Sr. Accountant (Full Time Position)

Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
5+ years’ full cycle of payroll & accounting experience including a strong knowledge of Federal and State regulations and general ledger accounting required.
ADP Workforce and SAP experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially strong Excel skill.
Detail-oriented and capable of producing high-quality work independently with integrity.
Positive team-player, who can take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Good verbal and communication skills with proven ability to interact with various departments and levels.
Position Responsibilities:
Prepare and process semi-monthly payroll for multi-state employees and multiple companies.
Handles employee benefits administration, including medical insurance and 401K Plan etc., and the related enrollment, change and termination process, communication of information to employees regarding benefits.
Provides support for financial and the workers compensation audits and other related internal and external audits.
Prepare month-end journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations related to areas of responsibility.
Prepare payroll & benefit related reports to ensure accurate record-keeping and prepare monthly expenses analysis reports.
Other duties as assigned.
