People who emphasize perseverance and hustle over quick wins and luck.Responsibilities: Assist in the accounting and tax compliances of Indian company & international subsidiariesEnsure timely, accurate bookkeeping and transaction processing on monthly/quarterly/annual basisEnsure the hygiene of accounts, clean balance sheet on an ongoing basisAssist in the preparation of financial statements, financial reports and audits for the company and its domestic / international subsidiaries, as appropriateEnsure accuracy and timely preparation of company financials in compliance with the Accounting Standards & regulatory requirements.Actively assisting in the completion of statutory audit, internal audit and tax auditsPreparation of TDS, GST returns. Statutory payments, payroll accounting and relevant filingsSuggest measures and continuous focus on process improvements and automationEnsure effective and efficient implementation of company-wide internal controls spanning across all businesses and locations, working with peers and cross-functional teams to constantly review and improveAssist the Management in ad-hoc projects, as necessaryProfile Requirements: Master’s Degree in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CPA preferred) with 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting, financial closure, Audit and Tax functions.Experience in Ind AS/IFRS, consolidation of multinational subsidiaries – preferredBig 4 firms or top tier advisory firm experience – preferredStrong accounting knowledge to provide robust business support for current operations and future scale upExpert MS-Excel user and strong aptitude in developing presentations in PowerPointExcellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsEngages effectively and maintains strong professional relationship with statutory & internal auditorsDisplays high professional and moral IntegrityHighly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy and complex problem-solving environmentWorking knowledge of finance ERP packages like WorkDay, FloQast, Accrualify, Rossum, etc…More on Reputation: The majority of consumers — 90% — say online reviews influence their purchasing decisions.
