Job Description : Key Responsibilities: Lead ROI driven paid advertising efforts on Facebook and Google.Compose relevant ad copy, create new campaigns, develop and implement A/B tests on copy and landing pages, and publishing a weekly ROI report.Improve quality score of ads on google and optimize campaign structureManage persona-driven ad requirements with the help of content and creative team.Execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting across Search and other facets of paid search in accordance with business goalsManaging and maintaining large keyword listsKeep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developmentsMonitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and discover new technologies, and data analytics.Suggest Landing page optimizations for a better conversion rate on the e-commerce portal.Religiously track funnel conversion and identify key areas for improvement. Engage with the concerned team to drive engagements and deliver results.Generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiativesDesired Qualification and Experience2 years of experience managing Facebook Ad Manager and Google Adwords with a minimum budget of 10 lakhs per month.Consumer mindset to understand user experience, persona, personalized marketing.Have strong knowledge of female demographic in India and other major markets of the world and should be aware of day to day industry trends.Brownie points if you have experience working with/in consumer retail E-commerce in fashion and apparel industry.Perks and BenefitsThe job requires candidates to work from office full-timeOffice operates from Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and 6 PMThe third Saturday of the month remains offAbout FabricloreFabriclore is a new age design driven fabric company, on mission to promote Indian textile crafts and contemporary fabrics.
