Job Description : Position: Sr. Executive Digital Marketing Reporting to : Pritam Sawant – Deputy Director Marketing Work Expereince – 2-3 yearsResponsibilitiesPlan and get executed all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and Organic and paid marketing display advertising campaignsManage Influencer marketing activitiesDesign, build and maintain our social media presenceManage and optimize all social media accounts including FB/Insta/Youtube/Sharechat/Twitter/LinkedIn/QuoraExecution and co-ordination for building and developing ICS Website & applicationManage Website + Social Media Tracking, ResponsesCo-ordinate with agencies on monthly quarterly and annual calendarBrainstorm new and creative growth strategies for increasing the digital reach followers and views as per quarter and annual goalsMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnelsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersRequirements and skillsShould have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This position will work with the marketing team, supporting other teams (such as program heads), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.· Bachelor or Masters degree in marketing or a related field· Validated Certification on Digital Marketing· Proven working experience in digital marketing· Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate· Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels· Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments· Working knowledge of website analytics and ad serving tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ad words, Face Book Ad Manager, You tube Ad Manager)· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementRemuneration – Market Rates, negotiableJob Types: Full-time, Contractual / TemporarySalary: From ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementProvident FundSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Social Media Occupations: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 4 years (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 21/03/2022
