Job Description : · Responsibilities for Marketing Specialist· Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events· Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives· Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)· Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities· Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met· Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums· Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs· Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned· Administer the company marketing and sales function to identify and develop new opportunities within existing and new customers for products and services· Monitor, evaluate and report competitive market conditions. Provide insight for openings to market and sell our products and services· Research, develop and execute strategies to identify market opportunities. Assist in taking existing products into new markets, new products into existing markets and or new products into new markets· Manage and execute the brand image of the company· Manage and execute the preparation, issuance, and delivery of marketing materials including: websites, sales collateral, graphics, exhibit properties, advertising, and promotional programs· Manage, and operate within approved marketing budgets supporting overall business plan· Administer and execute the company customer satisfaction survey, analyze and recommend actions based on status of individual customers or groups of customers· Organize and support sales and marketing reporting· Perform other duties and projects as assigned· Qualifications for Marketing Specialist· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field· experience in marketing· Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Market, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systems· Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail· Ability to travel as necessaryJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Digital marketing: 8 years (Preferred)Content development: 7 years (Preferred)Social media marketing: 7 years (Preferred)Event planning: 7 years (Preferred)Presentation skills: 7 years (Preferred)social media Advertising: 7 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Hindi (Preferred)Telugu (Preferred)Willingness to travel:100% (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
