About the Opportunity:We have an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant in a well-known company in Newton, MAThey are a national healthcare and senior living provider that offers the highest quality of care and serviceWe are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about accounting and seeking an opportunity to bring their skills to a mission-driven company
Staff Accountant Responsibilities:Ensure financial statements are maintained in accordance with US GAAPResponsible for the execution of various month-end close processes for their communitiesPrepare and/or review standard monthly journal entries and monthly reconciliationsAudit and analysis of community-level income statements prepared by the corporate accountants
Staff Accountant Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance3+ years of relevant experiencePublic accounting experience preferred but not required
