Job Description : We are looking for a skilled AccountantBookkeeper to maintain financial records for multiple clients include working closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports. Our ideal candidate is skilled in using Quickbooks.ResponsibilitiesRecord day to day financial transactions and complete the posting processVerify that transactions are recorded in the correct general ledger accounts.Bring the books to the trial balance stagePerform partial checks of the posting processComplete quarterly and monthly tax formsEnter data, maintain records and financial statementsProcess payrolls in a timely mannerPrepare individual and corporate income tax returnsSkillsProven bookkeeping experienceSolid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principlesProven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial recordsData entry skills along with a knack for numbersHands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary softwareProficiency in English and in MS OfficeCustomer service orientation and negotiation skillsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to multi task and work in a team environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: $12.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingFlexible schedulePaid time offProfessional development assistancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:We have installed UV lighting in our HVAC systems, we provide cleaning supplies and other safety measures.Education:Associate (Required)Experience:QuickBooks: 2 years (Required)Bookkeeping: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
