In this role there is a blend of general accounting activities along with a variety of financial analyst responsibilities. This position will primarily focus on accounting activities but will also have exposure to the analytical aspect as well.At pc/nametag® we value teamwork and find ways to celebrate the contributions of all employees. We enjoy what we do and like to have fun as well!Key Responsibilities: Accounts receivable management, inclusive of handling customer requests regarding payment and billing issues, processing refund checks, and collection of past due balancesAccounts payable management, inclusive of reviewing and processing of vendor invoicesAssist with the annual forecastingMonth end activities including reconciliation and journal entriesWorking closely with the Controller learn areas of the business and grow your skillsSpecial projects as neededQualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance0-5 years of experience in an accounting/finance environmentKnowledge of basic accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel.Ability to work effectively in a team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsWhat we offer: pc/nametag® operates within the Avery® North America division of CCL Industries Inc., a world leader in specialty label and packaging solutions for global corporations, small businesses, and consumers.
