Job Description : GL Accountant – Hybrid Schedule
Dallas, TX
Searching for a staff accountant to help build a team offering a collaborative environemnt qualified candidate will have 2+ years of accounting experience including cash, reconciliations and a major ERP.

Responsibilities:
Intercompany transfers, reconciliations
Monthly closing, journal entries and reconciliations
Prepare month-end accruals
Bank and book balances
Variance analysis
Organize journal entries, account reconciliations, balance sheet, and reports
Utilize major ERP to complete financials (Oracle)
Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies/procedures
Complete monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc management reporting
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
1-3 years of full-cycle accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, MBA is a plus
Major ERP system required, advanced Excel (vLookups, Pivot Tables)
Understanding of full-cycle accounting, GAAP, internal accounting issues
Display ability to manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines
Analytical and problem solving skills
Team player who works well in a changing environment
