Our ALL IN culture includes a focus on Safety, Wellness, Learning, Diversity and Inclusion, and giving back to our Communities.The Staff Accountant performs budget management, cash forecasting, and general ledger reconciliations within the corporate accounting department. This role will develop and implement accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes when needed.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages all Support and Operational group budgets; prepares for and conducts monthly meetings with department leadersPrepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments.Analyzes information by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information.Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.Provides accounting support for mergers and acquisitions by reviewing financial information; converting data to general ledger system; obtaining supplementary information for preparing financial statements.Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.Manages daily cash activities and processes, as well as, all cash management transactions and resolves any cash issues in a timely mannerCompiles cash reports, including but not limited to, bank reconciliations, AD Hoc, and forecastsExecutes wire transfers and approves ACH transfers and/or other funding necessary to balance company’s daily cash position.Assists with preparation of monthly reports and provides data for monthly journal entries relating to cash management activity.Oversees bank account balances and processes returned bank account items and distributes to other departments, as neededPerforms other position duties when requestedSUCCESS FACTORS: A strong belief in ZERO- Being Safe 100% of the time is the expectationAlignment with company mission, vision, and valuesA high level of customer centricityStrong work ethic with an ALL IN attitudeStrong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team membersAbility to perform in a fast paced/high volume environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional Critical Thinking skillsDetail Oriented- a high level of attention to detail is requiredA high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skillsSelf-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goalsAbility to be organized, problem solve, and be solution orientedProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)Proficient in Sage 300WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position operates out of corporate headquarters in an office environment, located at 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, projectors, copy/fax, and smartphonesEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: 3+ years of general accounting experience requiredBachelors in Accounting Degree requiredCPA earned or eligible to obtain preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: Multiple Locations
