We are currently seeking a/an Title to join our team of professionals.
You will be responsible to perform accurate and timely reconciliation of cash accounts, preparation of monthly revenue reporting and actual to budget analysis supporting both the Controllership Group and Finance team.
Our “ideal candidate” is an individual who has 0- 2 years’ experience in accounting processes including month end closes, daily cash management and financial reporting. This individual needs to be proficient with Microsoft Office software – specifically Excel, be detail-oriented and have math skills. They will need to meet project deadlines while effectively communicating the status of projects.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this opportunity include, but are not limited to:
Perform daily reconciliation of bank account;
Assist in application and reconciliation of daily cash receipts and reconciliation of cleared checks;
Prepare revenue variance analysis for multiple business units/products throughout the month tracking progress against budget targets;
On a monthly basis, prepare and distribute monthly internal client revenue analyses;
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations;
Assist with the annual audit and tax related requests;
Maintain organized accounting records and accurate procedural documentation for currently assigned business processes;
Ensure monthly deadlines are met;
Complete other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
In addition, our “ideal candidate” has the following skills & experience:
College Degree from a 4-year College or University;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software;
Great Plains Dynamics experience a plus;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong Excel skills;
Strong math aptitude;
High level of attention to detail;
Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
Strong organizational skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Must be team-oriented.
