Position :

Job Description : Cambridge Healthcare Services is a servicing center supporting various skilled nursing facilities. We are looking to add a Staff Accountant who would support 8-9 skilled nursing facilities.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Full cycle accounting for 8-9 facilities
Monthly Bank Reconciliation including review of outstanding checks
Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation including research to clear outstanding items if any
Accrual of missing expenses
Prepaid Expense monitoring and amortization
Fixed Assets Depreciation
Preparation of Financial Reports
Preparation of reports for submission to the county and other government units (571-L, census, etc.)
Assist in the annual budget preparation
Work closely with AP department and assigned facility personnel
Assist Controller with audit requests
adhoc projects

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Must have 1-3 years of experience as a staff accountant preferably in the health care industry
Experience in Microsoft Dynamic Great Plains, Management Reporter and Adaptive Insight is preferred

Qualifications:
Effective communication skills
Strong computer skills (advanced Excel skills, Outlook, Word, etc.)
Able to multi-task and is deadline oriented
Able to work with minimum supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75K to $80K, Based on Experience.
