Every Day.Responsibilities:*Importing, posting and balancing of salesPrepare and post various journal entriesPrepare and send weekly customer summary invoicesProcess credit card paymentsAccurately apply and post eft, lockbox and check depositsCommunicate with past due customers for payment statusReconcile balance sheet accountsPrepare, review and send weekly flash reportsMaintain a procedure manual of A/R tasks as a guide for backup assistanceVerify and post cash receipts, following established company policies and proceduresContinuously seeks to improve efficiency and processesMakes recommendations, gains approval, and implements changesPerforms other duties as requestedQualifications:High degree of attention to detailStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with minimal supervisionAbility to learn and change as position progressesAbility to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressureAbility to be resourcefulEffective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skillsMust be adaptable to changeBe a catalyst for continuous improvement by making recommendations based on empirical data and business experienceCompany OfferingsWe value the health, safety and well-being of our associates.
