Based in our headquarters in central Ohio , y ou will oversee financial statement preparation while acting as a liaison between global business units. You will review monthly fluctuations in financial statements and reporting requirements and support strategic reporting, planning and operational cycles.

AS A STAFF ACCOUNTANT, YOU WILL:
Lead the development analysis & consolidation of financial data and prepare company financial statements.
Be responsible for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing requirements.
Perform account analysis, accrual reconciliations, create journal entries, and use judgment to resolve deemed issues.
Direct and coordinate the financial requirements for multiple projects and ad-hoc analysis.
Review data, analyze fluctuations and support management in strategic reporting, planning and operational cycles.

Required Skills – External
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum of 2-3 years experience, with knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and internal control procedures.
The candidate must possess knowledge of and be able to apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate or advanced level.
Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Master’s degree and CPA
Experience working with Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and GL Wand.
