The company has plans for physical expansion into the Southwest US (Arizona) and Southeast US (Florida) over the next 24 months and is looking for leadership and managerial talent to support both organic and geographic headcount expansion.Job Summary – Staff AccountantFCP Euro is looking for a detail-oriented staff accountant with a background in vendor reconciliation and inventory management. The staff accountant will be responsible for inventory accuracy and reconciliation. This will include the process of reconciliation, completeness, and shrinkage reporting.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesVendor ReconciliationResponsible for the timely preparation of supporting documentation to aid in the receipt of inventory. This includes appropriate pricing and quantities.Inventory completenessResponsible for confirming the cost and count of inventory against vendor billings. This role will communicate to reconcile discrepancies, very quantities and finalize appropriate receipt of reimbursement.Shrinkage reportingResponsible for summarizing monthly inventory in-transit reconciliations and communicating discrepancies to the appropriate internal parties. This will include the completion of annual audit support and identifying how to appropriately improve shrinkage with the inventory team.*Qualifications and Skills*1+ years of related work experience in accounting or payroll functions.Experience distributing vendor paymentsExperience with Microsoft and Gsuite platformsExperience with payroll management platformsHigh level and attention to detailExperience with accounting softwareCompensation$55,000 Base SalaryParticipation in the MIP plan at a P3LADemLZgPNJob Type: Full-time
