Job Description : Position Description Overview According to Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP), prepares income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements and various other accounting statements and specialized financial reports. Analyzes complex financial reports and records, making recommendations relative to accounting reserves, assets and expenditures. Reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and accounting records. May function as an international accounting liaison, participate in accounting projects, and/or provide work direction to less experienced accounting staff.
