We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant with at least seven to ten years of experience in accounting. Duties and responsibilities are listed below. Our ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter who takes initiative to achieve team goals. Candidate should be focused and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced professional environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Reports to ControllerA/R, A/P and G/L DutiesAccount ReconciliationsAdvanced JE dutiesFinancial reporting audit monthlyOverhead calculation and review monthlyVarious month end dutiesAssist with special Finance projectsRegular, punctual and consistent attendanceOther duties as assigned
. Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance7-10 years of accounting experienceProficient in Microsoft Excel and OutlookKnowledge or past experience with PayrollKnowledge of IOLTA account logisticsKnowledge of QuickbooksExcellent time management and organization skillsExceptionally strong oral and written communication skills
