Job Description : Proventure is immediately hiring for a Staff Accountant. This role will be responsible for reconciliations, journal entries, preparing month end close as well as assisting with quarterly reporting.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field2 + years of Accounting/Finance experienceERP accounting software experience preferred (i.e. MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP)Advanced in Excel – as well as proficient in Microsoft OfficeClear and Professional Communication; both written and verbalSelf-motivated, directed and deadline drivenExcellent customers service skills communicating with various clients/managementAbility to multi-task while always paying attention to detailDuties:Preparation and review of Journal EntriesReconciliations of GL, Balance Sheet and AccountsVariance analysis and adjusting entriesPreparation of Month End closeReporting on financial data weekly, monthly, quarterly and as requestedEnsure compliance of internal policies, procedures, and controlsWorking closely with executive team & team leadersAd-hoc duties and reporting as requiredSchedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PMCompensation: $65,000.00 – $75,000 per year + excellent benefits packageQualified Candidates: Please submit your resume for consideration.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRelocation assistanceTuition reimbursementVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
