Job Description : UNO is looking for highly organized and driven individual to join our Finance team. The Staff Accountant will assist in maintaining financial transactions for both restaurant and manufacturing groups. You will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and various other transactions.Responsibilities: Record accounting transactions for month end close processProcess, reconcile, validate and analyze accounting transactions in accordance with GAAPCollaborate within the finance team to ensure accuracy and timelinessSupport outsourced accounting team to analyze, review, and validate accounting transactionsReview store P&L activity to ensure accuracy and timelinessContinually identify enhancements to current processesPerform special projects supporting various teamsProvide excellent customer service to internal staff, franchisees, customers, and vendorsSupport audit activities to ensure audits are completed on timeImplement internal controls and accounting procedures for process improvementJob Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field· 2-5 years of accounting experience· Ability to work independently and take ownership of role· Hard working, ambitious, team player· Outstanding Microsoft Office skills, including Excel· High attention to details· Highly motivated and self-directed· Resourceful and inquisitiveAbout UNO: Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Uno Restaurant Holdings Corporation includes Uno Restaurant Corporation and Uno Foods.
