Wolfington is a family owned and operated dealership that is proud to be one of the nation’s oldest continuously operating bus distributors which has been serving the transportation needs of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware for over 140 years.Job SummaryPerforms reconciliation and analysis for several balance sheet accountsAnalyzes financial results for both internal and external useTracks and maintains monthly P/L and balance sheet activityAssists in developing forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunitiesReviews general ledger and balance sheetsResolves various accounting/reconciliation issuesCompletes financial reports: monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including but not limited to monthly and fiscal close, internal and external audit reporting; manages report preparation and distributionMaintains inventory and cost control proceduresReviews accounts receivable and follows up for collections as neededPrepares and submits invoices for payment along with corresponding backupResponds to client questionsPerforms related duties and special projects as assignedPreferred Qualifications:Three to five years’ experience with general accounting, revenue control and financial reportingAbility to prepare monthly financial statements, key metric reports, budgets, forecastsAdept at planning, organizing and controlling complex processes as well as analyzing moderately complex financial informationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSkilled at managing multiple priorities and relationshipsComputer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office with a concentration in ExcelStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentConformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behaviorJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location: One location
