Job Description : SUMMARY
As an Accountant, you provide subject matter expertise in specific areas of finance and assist in the overall success of financial close and reporting activities.
STATUS: Full Time
LOCATION: Part Remote/Part In-Office: Monroe Avenue Rochester, NY
DEPARTMENT: Home Care
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday Day Shift
ATTRIBUTES
At least two (2) years of prior relevant experience and a Bachelors Degree in a related field
Excellent computer and software competency
Exceptional communication and organization skills
Proven analytical and problem solving capabilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management. Prepare monthly account reconciliations; assist independent auditors with interim and year-end audits; maintain established department policies, procedures, objectives and quality assurance
Document Management. Maintain required records, reports and files
Professional Development. Participate in educational programs and workshops to uphold continued knowledge of best practices in the field
