Job Description : Job Title: Staffing AccountantSummary: DeployHR strives to find the best candidates to fulfill various positions upon clients needs. We have a client that is in need for an Accountant to manage entering all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.Responsibilities: Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.Work with customers and vendors to resolve late payment issues.Reconcile balance sheet accounts.Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.Maintain a weekly pay sheet for vendors calling for payment.Maintain vendor and customer files.Reconciling and correcting job costing work orders entered daily.
