Committed to a digitally oriented growth strategy, Kodak is focused on helping consumers and professionals alike unleash the power of pictures and printing to enrich lives.Key job responsibilities include: Prepare federal US Form 1120 and related schedules, including calculation of book-tax differencesPrepare state and local income and franchise tax returnsPrepare and/or review Business License application and returns Perform account reconciliations for various tax-related general ledger accountsAssist with state audits, including preparing documentation, responding to notices and desk audits, track audit status, etc. Perform basic federal and state tax research as necessaryComply with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 documentation requirementsExperience Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related fields3-5 years of Big 4 accounting firm and/or Corporate Tax experienceHands-on experience with federal tax compliance, tax research and tax accountingComputer literate with knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel and Word) and corporate tax preparation software packagesStrong organization and communication skillsHighly motivated with excellent technical and analytical skillsTeam orientedDesired Qualifications:MBA, MST and/or CPA preferredExperience with CorpTax preparation software preferredJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
