Job Description : CPA Firm seeks a reliable and professional administrator with CPA Firm experience.This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail & the ability to handle multiple tasks in a faced paced environment.Salary is competitive.Job duties include but are not limited to:Provide administrative and operational support to partners and staffManage the e-filing system and prepare due date reports during filing deadlinesManage the Firm’s online client portalAssist with collating and e-delivery of tax returnsLiaising between the Firm and IT company, computer troubleshootingAccounts Receivable and billing using the Firm’s time and billing softwareAnswer and direct phone callsScanning using the Firm’s digital document systemTyping and proofing of financial statements and other documents including formatting in Microsoft OfficeOther projects as assignedQualifications:Prior CPA Firm experience preferred5 years of of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)General computer knowledgeExcellent multitasking skills and strong organizational skillsExcellent phone etiquetteAbility to work independently and work well with others”Work RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: From $1.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:We have installed clear plastic barriers, provide masks, gloves and sanitizer and adhere to social distancing regulations.Experience:Administrative: 5 years (Preferred)CPA FIRM: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
