Job Description : Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated tax credit leasing professionals.Our tax credit leasing professional is responsible for being the community’s client service representative. Their primary duties are to greet clients, present professionally the features and benefits of their assigned community, and properly secure lease agreements from qualified individuals.Job DutiesGreet prospective residents and answer their questionsHave prospects complete an application and secure a deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.Give apartment tours to prospective residentsFollow up with prospectsAssist current residents with general requestsCommunicate with the property manager and maintenance staffJob QualificationsProficiency in property management software (preferably Yardi and/or One Site)A minimum of 1 year of apartment leasing experienceTax Credit and/or HUD Experience (Required)Upbeat personality and professional demeanorAbility to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely mannerAbility to communicate clearly and effectivelyAbility to diffuse conflict and solve problemsBenefits of Working With ESSSchedule flexibilityGain practical work experience and learn new skillsCompetitive pay rates with bonus potentialWeekly payWork with a tight-knit team of individualsWe LOVE ReferralsThe greatest compliment we can receive is the referral of your family, friends, or associates!
