Job Description : Job DescriptionTapas Progressive Educational Institution provides a personalised, experiential program and relevant life skills students in grades 1-10, offering a program that gives approximately 400 students annually an educational choice designed to meet their specific needs. The Facilitator role will be for this alternative education program operating in our Kathriguppe campus and subsequently at the main campus, Tapas @ Kanakpura Road.The Facilitator will be responsible for facilitating self-directed education (SDE) in a holistic learning environment that supports creativity, freedom and inclusive collaboration.The Facilitator will, under general supervision, provide classroom instruction to students, reinforce instruction to individual students and small groups in a variety of academic subjects and other learning activities – including implementing personal education plans and behaviour plans.The Facilitator will guide and support students to help them learn the necessary skills to achieve the desired outcomes. The facilitator will offer support and advice when needed and to provide the necessary scaffolding and teaching of skills as required.The Facilitator will review student assessment and study plans in order to understand functioning and needs of children; assess students in all daily activities, design and offer lessons that reflect knowledge of child development and SDE.The facilitator will manage all classroom operations and perform any other related functions/duties as deemed necessary by the boardJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹41,784.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)Making lesson plans: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
