Job Description : Job Description:Self-motivated teacher trainer to train and guide our teachers. The teacher trainer’s responsibilities include monitoring teacher performance, observing classes, making assessments, and scheduling workshops as well as one-on-one training.About LogIQids (www.logiqids.com / lq-live.logiqids.com ) :Founded by IIT-IIM alumni with combined experience of more than 15 years, LogIQids is an ed-tech company focused on enhancing logical reasoning skills in kids. Based out of Mumbai, the company has already raised an angel round and is aggressively looking to expand and add to the team. Our new venture LQ Live is a Live online Group Class for Maths, Science & Logic for students from Grade 1 to Grade 6 growing exponentially month on month.RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Observing lessons and identifying teachers’ strengths and weaknesses.2. Providing feedback, advice, and individual training sessions for teachers.3. Recruitment of teachers including conducting final round interviews of new teachers.4. Collaborating with teachers and other staff to develop improved curricula, lesson plans, assessments, and classroom management techniques.5. Setting weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals for teachers as well as students, and providing advice and guidance to ensure these goals are met.6. Keeping abreast of developments in teaching as well as your relevant subject area.7. Take sessions with students as mentor teachers8. Organizing workshops, training sessions, and events where guest speakers inspire teachers.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 1. Bachelor’s degree in education along with Bachelor’s degree in Science or Maths.2. Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.3. Minimum 1 year of teacher trainer experience.REQUIRED SKILLSStrong planning and organizational skills.Patience and resilience.Comfortable with computers and digital toolsMicrosoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word)Great conflict resolution skills.WORK TYPE: Work from HomeCOMPENSATION: Rs 3.6 to 4.56 lakhs per annum.Job timings: 10 AM to 7 PM or 11 AM to 8 PM.. we prefer 11 am – 8 pmSundays are working, Saturday or any 1 week day would be holidayJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹360,000.00 – ₹456,000.00 per yearSchedule:Fixed shiftWeekend availability
