Job Description : Job Description: Self-motivated teacher trainer to train and guide our teachers. The teacher trainer’sresponsibilities include monitoring teacher performance, observing classes, makingassessments, and scheduling workshops as well as one-on-one training.Job Type: Work From Home / Work From OfficeRESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Observing lessons and identifying teachers’ strengths and weaknesses.2. Providing feedback, advice, and individual training sessions for teachers.3. Recruitment of teachers including conducting final round interviews of new teachers.4. Collaborating with teachers and other staff to develop improved curricula, lesson plans,assessments, and classroom management techniques.5. Setting weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals for teachers as well as students, andproviding advice and guidance to ensure these goals are met.6. Keeping abreast of developments in teaching as well as your relevant subject area.7. Take sessions with students as mentor teachers8. Organizing workshops, training sessions, and events where guest speakers inspire teachers.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 1. Bachelor’s degree in education along with Bachelor’s degree in Science or Math.2. Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.3. Minimum 1 year of teacher trainer experience.REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong planning and organizational skills.Patience and resilience.Comfortable with computers and digital toolsMicrosoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word)Great conflict resolution skills.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Higher education teaching: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
