Spotting those unique smarts to encourage all kinds of intelligence through online courses and tuition is what we do best.ROLE DESCRIPTIONSoft skill and technical training for tutorsWork with the program associates to ensure that the tutor uses the platform effectivelyIdentify, design, and implement courses for the platform based on the learner’s goalsCreate a structure for learners’ ease of use and build communication structure by collaborating with respective teamsProvide timely and accurate responses to tutor inquiriesObserving lessons and identifying teachers’ strengths and weaknesses.Providing feedback, advice, and individual training sessions for teachers.Organizing workshops, training sessions, and events where guest speakers inspire teachers.Collaborating with teachers and other staff to develop improved curricula, lesson plans, assessments, and classroom management techniques.Setting weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals for teachers as well as students, and providing advice and guidance to ensure these goals are met.Supervising classroom activities, taking notes and writing reports to share with school administrators and relevant stakeholders.Developing new strategies and plans for an improved learning experience.Keep abreast of developments in teaching as well as your relevant subject area.Building teacher networks and encouraging teachers to share their resources and knowledge.SKILLS REQUIREDA Trainer’s linguistic, technical, and organizational skills are a prerequisite, but when it comes to building an excellent experience for the tutor, another set of skills needs to come to the fore.
