We are the personal Chief Financial Officers for athletes and entertainers serving their personal and professional accounting needs.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS TEAM CONTROLLERBS Accounting, Finance, EconomicsStrong academic record5-7+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation. Preference will be given to candidates with CPA or CMA designations.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES TEAM CONTROLLER:Review financial statements and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.Ensure the issuance of financial reporting packages (annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly deliverables).Ensure implementation of existing policy and procedure.Offer improvements to meet best business practice for company standards and policy and procedure.Assist in training, development and education of the accounting teams.Establish ad hoc financial projects & reporting as needed.Establish financial and operating metrics to measure performance.Ensure creation of budgets and forecast and oversee monthly budget to actual reporting.Maintains the log of all filings and reported information, providing accountability for accuracy and timeliness.Participates as an active member of the management team and contributes to best accounting practices.Participates in new client roll-ins, ensuring scope of services to be provided is fully understood.Training, development, and education of Business Management Team on Policies and Procedures.Job Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 – $117,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:West Hollywood, CA 90048: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: One location
