Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for global service delivery for selected Process/ Activities or Countries through accomplishing the business targets (productivity, cost, customer satisfaction, SLA, KPI) .
Leading delivery team on processing various transactions related to Cash App, Master Data, Invoicing, Intra Group Transaction, AR Reporting, AR Account reconciliation; Bank Reconciliation, etc., in a complete, accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements.
Provide solutions to operational/ accounting related issues as they arise and manage the escalations and customer’s requirement efficiently.
Regular monitoring of transaction backlog and process them well within the stipulated time.
Identify inconsistencies / issues in the process and work with internal stakeholders in resolving and strengthen the Process.
Ensuring timely month-end reporting and O2C closing activities
Ensuring AR GL accounts are reconciled regularly, and open items are resolved timely.
Continuous improvement, standardization, and harmonization of processes/ activities.
