Skill- 5+ experience with Java, Linux, L2/L3 Production Support

No of Positions- 4

Location of Job- Hyderabad

Experience- 5-11 Years

Required Skills and capability-

Primary Skills & Responsibilities:
Strong understanding on SLA and ticket management with clients
Exposure to AWS, Azure and Cloud Technologies will be added advantage
Supporting Java-based applications (not full stack developers)
Web service technologies such as SOAP XML, WSDL XSL, XSD and Swagger, REST (JSON)
Windows Server Environments, Unix, Linux
Utilising Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring will be an added advantage
Basic Splunk query knowledge
Exposure in Openshift or Kubernetes or EKS
Exposure in Jenkins
Familiar with ServiceNow and Jira
Basic SQL knowledge and DB Management
