Job Description : Responsibilities: Work with product manager and engineers to produce and maintain world-class documentation including User Guides, Integration Guides, API Developer Guides, In-product documentation (tooltips, descriptions etc.).Build and maintain enablement materials that go beyond traditional documentation, such as short online demo video clips, use case-based guided tours, and other educational techniques.Learn complex concepts and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users.Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve usability.Monitor metrics on the usage of training materials as well as user feedback to prioritize future training investments.Requirements: Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.Neutral/General American English Accent for voiceovers that can be understood by an international English-speaking audienceExperience working cross-departmentally to communicate the nuts and bolts of a product.Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.Experience in using Confluence, JIRA, Git & GithubAbility to read and understand Java codeJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Technical Content writing: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Required)Language:English (Preferred)
