Role purpose
Work as a System Analyst to utilise the XTRAC workflow system and surrounding systems to help achieve Colt’s strategic business goals. Working with stakeholders, SME’s and architecture to understand and challenge requirements in order to produce a detailed high-quality implementable design. Supporting the end to end project delivery lifecycle, BAU and coordinate other XTRAC SA’s activities.
Key accountabilities
Current workflow translation to BPNM2 with new version of workflow, Online, Order handling functionality, configuration, limitations, issues, and future developments
Document /critic requirements, system design/End to End Solution
Create test scenarios and scripts/ execute testing on various systems
Build relationships with Key business/project stakeholders
Management of issues and risks
Understand end to end solutions and propose strategic/tactical solutions
Work on all a Supports System Testing and User Acceptance testing
Evaluate new versions/upgrades of Order Management systems
Work within the Agile and or waterfall methodologies
Produce, Update and maintain System Designs
Perform Impact Analysis
Stakeholder expectation management
Work closely with the Business users to fully understand their needs
Understand and input into end to end architecture
Understand and input into business processes and requirements
Provide 3rd line Production support
Improve Internal efficiencies with process improvements
Ability to perform Team Leadership and Coordination with offshore resources
aspects of the Development Project Life Cycle
Translating workflow designs into rules for the XTRAC Workflow system
Enter and update XTRAC configuration data in Excel and the XTRAC Workflow system
Write and execute SQL queries

Process modelling using BPMN 2.0
Siebel understanding and knowledge
Online Ordering system knowledge
Basic Product Modelling understanding
ITIL Foundation and above
BCS Diploma in Business Analysis (ISEB)
Requirements to design/ design to solution traceability
Ability to assess Cost v Benefit and challenge benefit and requirements for what is best for Colt and its customers
Provide small and large detailed and high-level estimates for design work
Training and Mentoring other SA’s and Graduates
Closely working with Architecture to input into high level design and provide guidance from a workflow point of view
Maintain workflow Design Docs throughout Project Lifecycle and post go live
Requirements to design/ design to solution traceability
Prince 2 Foundation/Practitioner

Deliver high quality changes with limited bugs/issues
Deliver changes on time & and to budget
